A. JOB OBJECTIVES

REPORTING

1. To be able to submit the management reports within the deadline

2. To be able to analyze data and provide comprehensive report relative to the management’s decision.

3. Ensure Suppliers/Service providers claims are being billed and collected.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in closing of Company’s accounts

• Prepares the data needed for the statutory accounts and management reports

• Liaise with various departments, if required in ensuring timely submission of documents for transaction processing.

• Ensure proper accruals and reconciliation of the general ledger to the sub-ledgers

• Prepare sub schedules in connection with Monthly Financial to be submitted to HQ

• Assist Asst. Manager-Accounting with the internal and external parties in completing internal/external audits requirements.

• Establish and maintain proper fiscal files and records to document transactions for statutory/tax audits

• Monitor Non Trade Receivable (from Suppliers & Service Providers) and ensure that it is being billed and collected.

• Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation

• Submit the reports and requirements based on the set deadlines.

• Other reports and duties that might be assigned by the superior.
