Accounting Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor company payables and follow up with related departments to ensure it’s recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify payment documents to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Record and monitor company assets (such as inventory, fixed assets, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform monthly closing in the system and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and appropriately.
• Prepare financial reports and submit them to management accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Accounting
• 5 years of experience in accounting (2 years experience as supervisor is preferred).
• Having analytical skill, detail oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• High integrity, trustworthy, and has leadership skills.
• Understand accounting concepts and their application in accordance with accounting standards.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Has experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Mekari.
