ACCOUNTING STAFF

Location: Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo

Join our team as an Accounting Staff and be part of a company looking for a detail-oriented professional to support daily accounting and administrative financial tasks.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a formal degree on Accounting or Business Administration (or similar)
• With at least 3 years work experience related to Accounting Staff work
• With good mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Mobile Applications, and other programs or applications related to business communication

Responsibilities

• 1. Preparation of voucher for expenses using system.
• 2. Double-checking of receiving report for accounts payable.
• 3. Filing of accounting documents in respective folders.
• 4. Preparation of payment projection.
• 5. Preparation of company payroll
• 6. Time card checking daily.
• 7. Bank deposits and bank transactions if needed.

Work Schedule And Pay

• Monday to Friday work days
• 9:00 am to 5:00 pm work hours
• ₱20,000 - ₱24,000.00 gross monthly salary
