Accounting Staff (Cashiering) - Cagayan

Job Summary

Are you organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented? We're looking for a reliable Office Cashier to join our team! This role is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing excellent service to clients during their visits.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments from clients accurately and efficiently
• Issue official receipts and maintain proper documentation for all transactions
• Balance cash collections and prepare daily cash reports
• Ensure proper safekeeping of cash, checks, and other payment documents
• Coordinate with the accounting department for reconciliation and reporting
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Who Are We Looking For?

• College graduate of any 4-year related course
• willing to be assigned under a manpower service provider
• Experience in cashiering is a plus but not required
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized
• Good communication and customer service skills
