Job Position: Accounting Staff

Location: Makati Sheba Office

Job Description

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and file BIR tax returns and ensure timely tax compliance
• Maintain and update bookkeeping records, including daily financial transactions.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and supporting records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or any related field.
• With experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or tax compliance is an advantage.
• Familiar with BIR tax filing procedures and Philippine tax regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality or financial and employee information.
