Accounting Staff

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with preparation of BIR reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (experience in quick books is an advantage)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• With good integrity and strong work ethics
• Willing to be assigned and report for work in both Manila and Tagaytay offices
• Preferably residing near Malate, Manila

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and schedules ( e.g., payables, receivables, and advances)
• Support BIR compliance ( e.g., preparation of 1601-C, 2307, and related reports)
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash balances
• Process and monitor liquidations of cash advances
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Assist during internal and external audits
• Ensure timely processing of disbursements, payroll support, and liquidations
• Improve accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
