Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff is responsible for performing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing accounting documents, and assisting in the timely processing of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy preferred (or any related Accounting or Finance course).
• At least 6 months of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related accounting functions.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and financial records.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting documents.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Management.
