Accounting Staff

The Accounting Staff is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer receivables. This includes preparing and issuing billings and statements, monitoring and updating AR records, and performing regular reconciliation of customer accounts. The role involves coordinating with clients for payment follow-ups, resolving discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation of all AR transactions, and maintaining organized records. The position also supports reporting requirements, contributes to month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensures all receivable processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
