Location: Sta. Elena Golf Club, Inc.
Santa Rosa, Laguna

Job Summary:

We are looking for Accounting Staff who is responsible for assisting with daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the Accounting Department in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This role supports the efficient financial operations of Sta. Elena Golf Club Inc. by demonstrating integrity, accuracy, accountability, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in recording and maintaining accurate accounting transactions.

·        Prepare and process accounting documents.

·        Reconcile accounts and verify financial records.

·        Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.

·        Maintain organized and updated accounting files and documents.

·        Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

·        Assist the Accounting Department with daily administrative and accounting tasks.

·        Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·        Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or a related course.

·        Previous accounting experience is an advantage.

·        Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.

·        Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.

·        Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team.
