Our client, a leading Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (PPMI) specializing in the foreign maritime and manning sector in NORTH Jakarta, is seeking a detail-oriented, high-integrity, and experienced professional to join their team as an Accounting Staff.

📌 Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

• Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in Accounting (experience in recruitment/manning agencies, maritime, or logistics industry is highly preferred).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in preparing Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).
  • Skilled in bank reconciliation and basic Indonesian taxation (PPh & PPN).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) and Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel).

• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, honest, strong analytical skills, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

📋 Job & Package Details

• Industry: Manning Agency / Foreign Maritime Placement (PPMI)
• Location: Jakarta
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (5-day work week)
• Salary (THP): IDR 7,000,000 – IDR 10.000.000 / gross per month
• Start Date: Immediately / ASAP (Negotiable)
