ACCOUNTING STAFF

DAILY TASKS

1.      Monitor and update clients’ accounts

2.      Prepare accurate Statement of Account based on the matured checks.

3.      Prepare and send a Letter of Inquiry to the client (if needed)

4.      Acknowledge daily online remittance receipts / deposit slips for confirmation

5.      Prepare the remittance confirmation sheet to the corporate treasury.

6.      Prepare Bank Certificates for clients with Letter of Guarantee (LOG) and with no loan difference

7.      Prepare and send letters and notices for overdue and delinquent accounts (if needed)

8.      Pull out checks from corporate (if needed)

9.      Cancel overdue units/parking as per company policy (if needed)

10.  Prepare necessary documents for creating a statement of reinstatement or cancellation

11.  Provide the necessary documents in creating statements of accounts, demand letters and notice to vacate/barricade.

12.  Address any inquiries or concerns regarding billing and collection, payments and dues

Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

EDUCATION:

1.      Bachelor / College Degree or any four (4) year Business course

EXPERIENCE:

1.      At least 1 year of relevant working experience

SKILLS:

1.      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2.      Basic knowledge proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Systems)

3.      Problem solving and analysis

4.      Interpersonal skills
