Accounting Staff

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support general accounting and administrative processes. This role is a great opportunity for those who want to build a strong foundation in accounting and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations such as data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliation
• Handle general accounting functions including journal entries, ledger monitoring, and account reconciliation
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documents
• Maintain and organize financial and administrative records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Business, Commerce, or any related course
• With at least 2 years of accounting related experience
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment

Work Schedule:

• Amenable to the work schedule: Monday - Saturday (8AM - 5PM)
