Accounting Staff

This position is designated at Bacolor, Pampanga. Training will be observed at the main office located at Cubao, Quezon City at least one month before deployment

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Check and review all the daily transactions (RPVs) together with its corresponding attachments

2. Prepare check vouchers and issue checks

3. Encode, supervise and monitor the day-to-day entries recorded in the accounting books (Excel Database)

4. Prepare and check monthly bank reconciliation and month-end JVs

5. Responsible for the monthly schedule of SL on Excel Database:

   • Advances to Officers
   • Advances to Stockholders
   • Other Receivables
   • Investment in Associate
   • Investment in Subsidiary
   • Investment Properties
   • Accounts Payable-Others
   • Other Payables
   • EWT/Creditable Income Tax (2307)
   • Advances from Stockholders
   • Share Capital
   • Interest Income

6. Prepare payroll computation every cut-off and monthly payroll JVs

7. Prepare remittances for the monthly contribution dues to relevant government agency

8. Manual update to the General Book of Accounts of the company regularly

9. Prepare and check reportorial requirements for filing and submission to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

10. Monitoring of the Book of Accounts of the company

11. Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules

12. Assist in the examination of internal and external auditors

13. Implements and complies with ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System Requirements), ISO 14001 + Cor. 1. 2009 (Environmental Management System Requirements) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Requirements)

14. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor
