Accounting Staff

About the role

This full-time position is responsible for providing accounting and financial support, particularly in relation to purchasing and supplier transactions. As a key member of the Finance and Accounting Department, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, timely processing of payments, and smooth coordination between Accounting and Purchasing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and record purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process payment vouchers for approved supplier transactions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor and record accounts payable related to purchasing activities.
• Maintain organized and updated files of purchase and payment documents.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department and suppliers regarding invoice and payment concerns.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or financial management.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
