Accounting Staff

Job Summary

The Accounting Staff is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The role includes maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in compliance requirements. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions using QuickBooks
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, billing statements, and official receipts
• Monitor bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in payroll processing and government contributions
• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Assist in BIR compliance and tax filing requirements
• Maintain organized and updated financial records
• Support internal and external audits
• Provides assistance in daily HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as Accounting Staff or similar role
• Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR regulations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
