Position Title: Depot Services & Control Associate
Project Based (3-4 months)
Job Description:
Depot Services & Control Associate role involves establishing and implementing accounting procedures in processing the receipt, handling, custody, and disbursement of funds.
- PCF management and related transactions
- Preparation of GL Report for PCF transactions and submission of PCF reports to Finance
- Document Control and monitoring
- Encoding and monitoring of Return Slips from Technical Services and Quality Assurance (TSQA) department
- Coordination with concerned departments regarding Document Control and PCF-related transactions
- Other administrative and operational tasks assigned under Depot Services & Control department
Qualifications:
- College graduate with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related course
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in the same or a similar position
- Preferably with training or experience in Warehouse and Inventory Management
Work Location: Barangay Manibaug Paralaya, Porac, Pampanga
