What you'll be doing
- Monitors receivables for vehicles, service and parts.
- Ensures the accuracy of documents regarding swapping and transferred units.
- Monitors payments for allocated vehicles and parts.
- Ensures the accuracy and correctness of entries of vehicles, service, parts and accessories, sales invoices and official receipts.
- Monitors the price of new units.
- Coordinates with banks regarding balances, loan transactions and requirements.
What we're looking for
- College Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting;
- Experience in Accounting tasks;
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications;
- Ability to analyze financial data and has attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure
