Accounting Staff

Key responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting tasks with emphasis on Accounts Receivable (AR), including monitoring customer payments, confirming receipt of payments, aging reports, and follow-ups on outstanding balances
• Assisting in Accounts Payable (AP) processing and General Ledger maintenance
• Preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, official receipts, and expense reports
• Coordinating with banks and relevant parties regarding account-related concerns, transactions, and verification of payments
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
• Performing other accounting-related tasks as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Candidate MUST possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in ACCOUNTING
• We are open to FRESH GRADUATES
• Good organization skills; efficient and accurate in filing documents
