Duties and Responsibilities:
- Encode and maintain accounting records and documents
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and receipts
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash monitoring
- File and organize accounting documents
- Assist in preparation of reports and other accounting tasks
- Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payments
- Perform other duties assigned by the Accounting Head
