Accounting Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the company’s day-to-day accounting and administrative activities, including:

• Recording and organizing daily financial transactions
• Preparing and checking invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting in bank and account reconciliations
• Encoding and maintaining accurate accounting records
• Preparing basic financial and accounting reports
• Checking documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintaining organized filing of financial records and supporting documents
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting requirements
• Coordinating with other departments regarding accounting-related concerns
• Assisting in inventory and expense monitoring, when needed
• Performing other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
