ACCOUNTING STAFF

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organisation. As an Accounting , you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, processing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across all departments. This position is fundamental to supporting our finance team and enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintaining accurate and organised accounting records and ledgers
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Performing data entry and verification of financial information
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to resolve accounting queries and issues
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Assisting with tax documentation and financial audits as required

What we're looking for

• Completed secondary education (high school diploma minimum); accounting or finance qualification is preferred
• Proven experience working as an Accounting Officer, Accounts Clerk, or similar accounting role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliability and integrity in handling confidential financial information
• Knowledge of relevant tax and accounting regulations in the Philippines is advantageous
