Accounting Staff

As an Accounting Staff, you will be the backbone of our client's financial accuracy. You will handle the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable while ensuring we stay audit-ready and compliant with latest financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through meticulous processing of AP/AR.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Month-End Support: Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all journal entries are prepared and posted on time.
• Compliance & Payroll: Support tax compliance filings, payroll processing, and audit preparation in accordance with GAAP.
• Reporting: Generate financial reports that provide clear insights into our operational health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Preference will be given to those with 2–3 years of experience in finance operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience using digital accounting systems/software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• High attention to detail, organized, and a proactive problem-solver.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
