Accounting Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Record and process all daily financial transactions accurately, systematically, and in a timely manner in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
2. Prepare general journals, general ledger, and perform periodic reconciliations of bank, cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounts.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including supporting the closing process.
4. Perform control of company fixed assets along with depreciation calculations.
5. Assist in preparing tax reports and coordinate with the tax team when necessary.
6. Archive financial documents and ensure the completeness of supporting transaction proof.
7. Support the external audit process by providing necessary data and documentation.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Staff.
2. Familiar and be able to apply Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in recording transactions.
3. Accustomed to performing reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly/annual closing processes.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, and other formulas) and familiar with accounting software such as Accurate or similar ERP systems.
