What they need
Responsibilities / Primary Tasks
- Process payments and monitor financial transactions
- Prepare invoices and billing documents
- Assist in payroll preparation and monitoring of office expenses
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, accounting records, and BIR/SEC filing
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for taxes & audits
- Maintain organized financial files and records
Secondary Tasks
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior or top management
Required Work Experience
- With or without experience in Travel Agency (IATA) Accounting
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related work is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred
- Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, On site
