Accounting Staff

About the role

An Accounting and Treasury Associate role focused on managing accounting transactions, treasury operations, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting support.

Key responsibilities

• Process BIR filings and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage accounts payable transactions, disbursements, collections, and bank transactions
• Record, verify, and reconcile accounting transactions in SAP
• Prepare bank reconciliations and support financial reporting requirements
• Review purchase, sales, import, and export transactions and supporting documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and internal departments on accounting matters
• Maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and digital files
• Assist in PEZA reporting, inventory audits, and preparation of financial schedules
• Perform other accounting and treasury-related duties as assigned by management

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related course
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or treasury functions
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, treasury, BIR compliance, and bank reconciliation
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/accounting systems
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills
• Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills
