Accounting Staff

Job Description:

· Handle EFPS, BIR, payroll/salary, and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).

· Prepare and process BIR forms, tax documents, and statutory requirements.

· Assist in payroll preparation, including salaries, deductions, overtime, and attendance.

· Process and monitor government contributions and remittances.

· Maintain accurate accounting records, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.

· Assist with accounts payable, billing, encoding, and other accounting tasks.

· Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course.

· With 2 years or more of relevant accounting experience.

· With hands-on experience in BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG transactions.

· Knowledgeable in basic accounting and bookkeeping.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
