About the role

Manage and ensure accounting recording processes run accurately and on time, from transaction document verification, journal entry recording, account reconciliation, to monthly closing and year-end closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure accounting recording processes run accurately and on time, from transaction document verification, journal entry recording, account reconciliation, to monthly closing and year-end closing processes
• Responsible for all financial transaction recording in accordance with company policy, Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), and applicable tax regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external parties
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of stock opname, cash opname, and asset opname
• Prepare documents, data, and supporting information required for internal and external audit implementation

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year experience as Accounting in one company
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel with deep knowledge of functions/formulas
• Understand and able to operate accounting systems
• Experience working on export-import company bookkeeping is preferred
