The Role We are looking for a technically proficient Accounting Staff to manage our full-cycle bookkeeping and financial systems. The successful candidate will be the primary operator for Accurate Accounting Software and must be capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Journaling: Execute precise daily entries, including General Ledger, accruals, and depreciation.
• Accurate Software Specialist: Manage data input, transaction processing, and system troubleshooting within Accurate.
• Account Management: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), verifying invoices against POs/Contracts.
• Financial Reconciliation: Perform complex monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis to ensure zero-discrepancy reporting.
• ISO & Tax Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to ISO 37001 standards and prepare comprehensive data sets for monthly tax reporting (PPh and PPN).
• Audit Readiness: Lead the preparation of accounting schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in an accounting role (Experience in Oil & Gas or Engineering services is a plus).
• Mandatory: Expert proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software. You must be able to operate the system independently from day one.
• Strong understanding of PSAK, manual journaling logic, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for reporting.
