Accounting Staff

• Assist in preparing and organizing accounting documents and records.
• Encode and maintain accounting data and transactions accurately.
• Assist in checking and filing vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable, reimbursements, and other accounting transactions.
• Support the preparation of basic accounting reports and summaries.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and verification of financial records.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related documents and requirements.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to Accounting.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of financial documents.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• With relevant experience in Accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• With strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting potential are welcome.
