Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and process journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of required tax documents.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports and schedules as requested by management.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• With experience in accounting and tax compliance
• Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
