HIRING: ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL OFFICER

Voodoo Esports Café is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Officer to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and process employee payroll

✅ Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and benefits

✅ Maintain attendance records, payslips, and payroll reports

✅ Monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements

✅ Record and verify branch sales, expenses, and remittances

✅ Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable

✅ Prepare monthly financial and profit-and-loss reports

✅ Perform cash and bank reconciliations

✅ Organize receipts, invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents

✅ Coordinate with branch staff regarding financial discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related course
• Experience in accounting and payroll is preferred
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiar with payroll computation and government-mandated contributions
• Organized, accurate, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle confidential employee and financial information
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to coordinate with different Voodoo Esports Café branches
