Accounting Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support our daily accounting and office operations. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and assist with other accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and organize daily financial transactions.

• Prepare and check invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and records.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Check and organize company expenses and supporting documents.

• Assist with bank and account checking.

• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.

• Prepare Excel reports and other documents as needed.

• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
