Accounting Staff

Hiring for NCS Internal Team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and record accurate journal entries for multiple entities within the group.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transactions are properly recorded and matched with supporting documents.
• Maintain and manage the General Ledger (GL), including reviewing account balances and identifying discrepancies.
• Coordinate with AP & AR teams to ensure settlement transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Review supporting documents to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of accounting transactions.
• Assist in the month-end and period-end closing process, including account reconciliation and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and basic tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with accounting systems or ERP software.
• Experience handling multiple entities and coordinating with AP, AR, Tax, and Finance teams is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, consulting, professional services, or a fast-growing company is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, and available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
