Accounting Staff

Core Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Manage day-to-day accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), including verifying, allocating, and posting journal entries.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and balance sheets to ensure data accuracy.Payroll & Disbursements: Process payroll, manage petty cash, and prepare employee expense reports.
Financial Reporting: Assist senior accountants or management with month-end and year-end close procedures and the preparation of financial statements.
Compliance & Audits: Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and process statutory tax returns (e.g., BIR remittances if in the Philippines).
Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. (Certified Public Accountants / CPAs are often preferred for higher-tier staff roles).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, high numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills to meet processing deadlines.

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
