Accounting Staff

About the role

This accounting position is responsible for bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll processing, and administrative support at YIKON GENOMICS PHILIPPINES INC., located in Alabang. The role requires independent work with minimal supervision and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, preparation of sales reports, expense summaries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and file BIR-related documents such as VAT, Withholding Taxes, Fringe Benefit Taxes, and other required tax reports
• Maintain organized accounting files and records
• Process payroll and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG)
• Handle administrative tasks, permit processing, and maintenance of employee records/profiles
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting & Finance
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in general accounting work
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Can start ASAP
