What they need
Japanect is a Japan-focused travel and support company connecting Japan and Indonesia. We are looking for an Accounting Staff to support our day-to-day accounting operations.
Job Description
- Handle daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.
- Process and record payments and expenses.
- Check and organize invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and other accounting matters.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in Japanese and Indonesian for effective communication is a plus.
- Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
