Accounting Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
• Working knowledge of billing, collection monitoring, payment processing, account reconciliation, and basic credit assessment.
• Familiarity with Philippine withholding tax requirements, including BIR Form 2307 and Expanded Withholding Tax.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems; experience using Odoo is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial transactions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.
• Willing to work at Sitio Tawagan, Tayud, Consolacion, from Monday to Friday, Compressed Work Week.
