What they need
Responsibilities
- Petty cash fund Management
- Preparation of Disbursement vouchers including bank transfers and check preparation.
- Preparation of BIR 2307 Forms for issuance to suppliers.
- Preparation of Journal Vouchers for recording day-to-day transactions e.g., expense recognitions, cash advances/ liquidations, including expense reclassifications and adjustments.
- Monitor cash advances and related expense reports / liquidations.
- Support Superior in filing for Gov't Compliances with BIR, PEZA, SEC, etc.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
