Job Description

SY Global Construction and Trading Corporation (SYGCT) is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support our daily accounting and administrative operations.

The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting documents, monitoring transactions, and supporting the company's accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and monitor daily financial transactions
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Assist with payroll-related documentation and computations
• Prepare basic financial and accounting reports
• Monitor and reconcile records when needed
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding accounting concerns
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in construction, trading, or related industries is an advantage
