Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities:

 Process Payables to Suppliers (Voucher, 2307, Check printing & Issuance)

 Daily collection Monitoring (Private and Government)

 Clients record custodian

 Daily Quick Books encoder of Sales and Collection

 Daily Quick Books encoder of Purchases (Suppliers)

 Preparing Price Quotation - Formal Quotation

 Rebates for Clients and Partners

 DOR Sales and Collection

 Monthly & Yearly Inventory Report

 Processing of Clients SOA - Monthly

 Updating Purchases Books for BIR purposes

 Checking and Monitoring of Clients P.O. - DAILY

 Tracing of Invoices (Cash Invoice) & Collection Receipt for BIR purpose

 Submit aging of accounts every end of the month of all overdue accounts

 Submit monthly sales and collection report via QuickBooks

 Accepts and performs new responsibilities as dictated by the needs of the department
