Duties and Responsibilities

• Encode delivery status and timestamps in the Operations Google Sheets based on the DR provided by the driver.
• Check if the DR has the required delivery timestamps and client signatures, and call out drivers for incomplete or missing information.
• Assist the Dispatch Specialist in monitoring empty containers that are still pending for return.
• Encode the return date of empty containers once the EIR or proof of return is provided by the driver.
• Follow up with drivers for missing DRs and EIRs and upload the soft copies to Google Drive.
• Prepare billing for clients and monitor their payments.
• Assist in the liquidation process and preparation of driver payslips.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
• With good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents and records.
• Able to monitor and follow up with drivers regarding required documents.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and adapt to logistics and transportation operations.
• Experience in logistics, billing, documentation, or administrative work is an advantage.
