RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Record set up of monthly expenses (invoices, bank, TRF, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

2. Encode and print of vouchers and check for payments

3. Generate and release BIR Form 2307 to suppliers

4. Process vouchers for pre and post audit

5. Maintain records of check issuance (check for release and check released)

6. Issue checks to suppliers

7. Filing of vouchers and securing respective attachments

8. Process billings of clients

9. Filing of BIR Forms

10. Prepare and submit SAWT, SLP, SLS at

11. Consolidate and maintain record of BIR form 2307 from clients

12. Update/upload of EFPS Forms/Payment of government remittances for corporate compliance

13. Prepare Quarterly Statement of Income for Income Tax Return - BIR 1702Q

14. Provide data in the preparation to Annual Financial Statement

15. Prepare explanation of expenses for monthly P&L report

16. Replenishment of Petty Cash Fund

17. Photocopy and submission of P&L hard copies to FFC Audit (Cold Chain Group)

18. Update presentation slides of financial data for monthly BOD report

19. Prepare BOD Budget Report

20. Prepare information memo for renewal and/or availment of new insurance policy (Cold Chain Group)

21. Prepare company documents as required by LGU, BIR, Management, etc.

22. Safe keep transmittal list/receiving copy of various documents.

23. Photocopy and scan of documents

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
