Accounting Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Process invoices, billing statements, payment vouchers, and reimbursements.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Check supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, tax documents, and government submissions.
• Maintain organized and confidential accounting records.
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the Accounting Head.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Accounting experience is an advantage.
