Accounting Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to support our accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing accounting documents, and ensuring timely completion of accounting-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and organize accounting documents, vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
• Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with tax compliance and government-related accounting requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documents for audit.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cavite.
