Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable University
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in distribution and/or service companies.
• Strong understanding of SAK-ETAP (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and holds Brevet A & B Tax Certification.
• Diligent, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparing company invoices and tax invoices, and monitoring all financial transaction documents.
• Perform payroll calculations and monitor employees’ work progress.
• Monitor customer billing documents and payment schedules.
• Monitor cash flow, receive invoices from suppliers, and prepare payment plans to suppliers.
• Monitor inventory movements in accordance with supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly tax reports.
• Prepare budgeting and project evaluation reports.
• Perform reconciliation and monthly closing.
