Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions.

·        Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and official receipts.

·        Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

·        Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash balances.

·        Maintain organized records of financial documents, including journals, ledgers, and supporting schedules.

·        Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·        Support the processing of payroll and related government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).

·        Assist in tax compliance and filing of government-mandated reports.

·        Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and auditors for financial documentation and verification.

·        Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management**.**

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be a BS Accountancy graduate or finance is required.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1-2 work experience is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Tax laws, Audit, BIR and government remittances is essential.

• Should be able to maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Onsite entry level position, willing to work in Bacoor Cavite (on site).
