About the role
Responsible for handling daily accounting transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with BIR and government regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily accounting transactions, invoices, vouchers, and payments
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Handle BIR tax filings, eBIRForms/eFPS, and other government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform other duties as assigned
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Knowledgeable in BIR processes, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and accounting transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented and organized
