Accounting Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in finance—general/cost accounting or equivalent.
• Keen into details
• With experience in Accounts Payable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Checks issuance of various payables
• Checks releasing of payables
• Allocates telephone calls billings
• Vouchering of Company Expenses
• Prepares documents for payment of Globe, Smart, and PLDT.
• Bank reconciliation
• Reconciles AR Deposits
• Collection of Accounts Receivables
• Receives various incoming documents
• Responsible as a custodian for Petty Cash
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
