Accounting Staff

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely management of the Company's accounts receivable, including customer billing, monitoring of outstanding balances, collection follow-ups, payment application, account reconciliation, and preparation of accounts receivable reports.

The position ensures that all receivable transactions are properly recorded, supported by complete documentation, and compliant with the Company's accounting policies and applicable PEZA, BIR, and other government regulations.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist works closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely billing, resolution of account discrepancies, and efficient collection of customer balances.
