WE ARE HIRING: ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense monitoring.
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and other accounting-related documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax-related documents and reports.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and handle offshore clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
